Pre Order / Launch Day 28 October:

If you place your order on or following the 28th of October  - you are purchasing your planner on a pre order basis. What this means, is that your order will not be dispatched until it has arrived with us. The current ETA for all pre orders is end of November. But as soon as we have received your goods we will notify you via email with your tracking number. 

UK 

We aim to ship all orders within 1 / 2 business days and it will be dispatched via The Royal Mail. We offer two options; either tracked delivery within 2/3 business days for FREE of charge or tracked next business day delivery at £4.

USA

We ship using UPS delivery which is FREE of charge to anywhere in the USA. 

Other Locations: 

We are currently able to send your parcel to the below countries via Royal Mail International. Please note you will be resposnsible for any customs and duties when the item arrives in your destination country. If your country is not listed below, then pop us an email with your address and we will arrange a quote for you. Email hello@alexa-lily.com.
